Recruiting in Europe 101

During this webinar, we will focus on all aspects on the recruitment process for companies based in or with operations in Europe, including:

• Background checks;
• Medical evaluations and drug testing;
• Privacy policies regarding personal information; and
• Employee onboarding.

We will be joined by partners from our European Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety teams and the webinar will be moderated by a partner based in the United States. They will share their experiences with issues arising in their various jurisdictions, provide employer tips for the recruitment process, and discuss the applicable local laws and processes for companies operating in Europe.
