Emma Lidström is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Emma has a varied litigation and international arbitration practice, acting for clients across a range of sectors. Emma has primarily worked on disputes in the construction, energy and transport sectors, as well as international (re)insurance coverage disputes. She has experience in commercial disputes arising out of the "built" environment including infrastructure, engineering, and property disputes. She has been involved in complex multiparty High Court litigation, dispute resolution (including mediation) including professional negligence, and contract disputes in the UK and overseas.
