Members of our Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice will be covering the most recent developments related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in President Trump’s second term.

This webinar will be applicable to all employers, in addition to covered federal contractors and subcontractors with compliance obligations under pre-existing affirmative action programs under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistant Act, and now-revoked Executive Order 11246.

Our lawyers will provide an overview of recent executive orders and discuss several high risk and urgent action-items all employers should be considering, including workforce policies, DEI, affirmative action program compliance, training, recruiting, compensation, employee resource groups, and scholarship, internship and apprenticeship programs.

The discussion will also highlight additional legal considerations such as global and state-level requirements that may be inconsistent with US federal law developments.
