Michael Harris is a senior transaction lawyer in the Munich office of K&L Gates with a strong focus on banking and capital markets supervisory law. He concentrates on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues in the context of classical and structured financial products, investment funds and crypto assets, such as prospectuses, admissions to trading, PRIIPs KIDs, legal due diligence, legal structuring, regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering.
