Arias Lim is a senior associate in the Energy, Infrastructure and Resources practice. She handles both arbitration and litigation matters, with an emphasis on energy disputes.
Arias has acted in SIAC, ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL ad hoc arbitrations seated in Singapore, London, New York and Zurich. She has handled a wide variety of commercial arbitrations, including energy disputes, shareholder disputes, and hotel management disputes.
In her litigation practice, Arias focuses on matters involving breaches of shareholder agreements, breaches of directors’ duties, and conspiracy. She frequently handles matters involving elements of fraud, and is experienced in handling expert evidence (forensic and financial) and in applying for all types of commercial injunctions.
With experience working across Singapore, London and Paris, Arias is adept at navigating cross-jurisdictional and cross-cultural issues, as well as dealing with parallel proceedings commenced across different fora.
Arias is currently serving as an Executive Committee Member of the Sciences Po Arbitration Society and the SIArb Young Professionals’ Network.
