8:30 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast and Networking
9:00 – 10:30 AM: Durability of Tariffs
A lively discussion on the contours of the current tariffs, what tariffs might be temporary, and what tariffs are not.
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: National Security and Trade: Export Controls, CFIUS and Outbound Investment, and Data Transfer Controls
This panel will focus on the range of national security regulations and executive orders focused on economic tools for national security.
