Simon Moen

Simon Moen is a partner in the real estate group in Perth. He has over 25 years' experience advising real estate funds, ASX listed property owners, foreign investors, private families, property developers, government entities and mission based organisations in all areas of real estate and land development law.

Simon is sought after for his knowledge of, and passion for, the real estate sector and for his ability to think deeply about the “how”.

By drawing on 25 years of legal experience and deep sector engagement, Simon delivers value through his razor sharp focus on how transactions are structured, how risks are mitigated, how the client’s interests are advanced, how road blocks are overcome, how transactions are documented and then completed in a timely manner.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Simon spent 15 years as a partner in the real estate team at a West Australian law firm.

During his time at that firm Simon served as both a board member and the practice group leader for real estate.
