K&L Gates' Greater China IP team is the first port of call for companies requiring brand protection. Drawing on the firm's IP Agency in China, as well as its trademark and patents groups in Japan and Hong Kong, the team is well-versed in patent litigation, Section 337 investigations before the US International Trade Commission (ITC), and portfolio development matters in the US, Asia, Australia and Europe.
K&L Gates is very commercial and good at giving clients constructive suggestions when the deal is in dilemma. The legal skills of its team are comprehensive and, at the same time, very specialized.
