Pete O’Hare is a partner in the firm’s Finance practice. He advises banks and financial institutions, lessors, and operators in the aviation sector. He has played a leading role in some of the most complex and innovative aircraft acquisitions, finance, and lease transactions in the market. He has extensive experience advising clients on high profile deals, including non-US EETC, ABS, M&A, and large portfolio and warehouse financing transactions. Pete’s hands-on experience with work-outs and repossessions brings particular depth to his capabilities.
