OFCCP Compliance and Diversity Series

Date: 20 May - 10 June 2021
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM ET
Location: via Webinar

With the potential for more OFCCP litigation and enforcement actions on the horizon for federal contractors and subcontractors, the next program in our OFCCP & Diversity Series will provide an in-depth look at OFCCP audit reviews and the enforcement litigation landscape. During the third session, K&L Gates partner and former OFCCP Craig Leen, will highlight practical guidance for companies on how to effectively engage with the agency in order to decrease the chances of a lengthy "deep dive" audit. Craig will also discuss how to best navigate the agency's recently issues regulations and guidance on predetermination notices, transparency, and early resolutions. Finally, Craig will provide insights on how the agency will likely approach future litigation and enforcement actions, and what contractors should focus on to most persuasively present their case through both mediation and adjudication.

CLE

CA, IL, NY, PA, and TX credit is pending for this program. Self-filing instructions are available for those seeking credit in other jurisdictions.
