Laura Price is an associate and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Her practice is focused on launching private investment funds and platforms for clients that raise capital across a global investor base and a variety of alternative asset classes, including private equity and venture capital. She advises on a range of fund structures including discretionary and co-investment funds, and collaborates with spin-outs, first-time or emerging managers, and experienced fund managers employing various strategies such as deal-by-deal and buy-and-build.
Prior to joining the firm, Laura served as a trainee solicitor at an international law firm, completing seats in funds, tax and wealth planning, contentious regulatory and enforcement, and banking and finance. Her final seat was in Singapore.
