K&L Gates Advises on New COVERGIRL Deal with Actress Lili Reinhart
London - A team of lawyers from global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised longstanding client Coty Inc. (NYSE: COTY) on its international collaboration with Hollywood actress Lili Reinhart of television series “Riverdale” and box office hit “Hustlers” fame, announced today. Reinhart will serve as the face of an upcoming collection from Coty’s leading consumer beauty brand COVERGIRL and assist the company in relaunching its iconic tagline “Easy, Breezy, Beautiful.”
The international K&L Gates team advising Coty Inc. was led by London partner Arthur Artinian, along with Chicago counsel Katherine Staba and London associate Keisha Phippen.
