Prior to re-joining the firm, Justin served as legal counsel for a Beijing-based finance platform. In this role, he researched fintech laws in the US, Singapore, and Hong Kong in relation to product offerings; reviewed commercial agreements relevant to the fintech industry; and advised on general corporate matters.
Before that, Justin served as an associate in the firm’s Corporate M&A practice. During his time with the firm, he focused on advising US corporations on foreign direct investment and labor law related matters in China, performed due diligence for investments in the US and China, and reviewed transaction documents and commercial agreements.
