Jack Vaughan is a partner in the firm’s corporate practice group. Jack has extensive experience in advising businesses and entrepreneurs in a variety of commercial, corporate and financial transactions, both nationally and internationally. He has represented businesses, funds, shareholders, management and acquirors in all aspects of merger and acquisition transactions public and private, including purchases and sales of divisions, management buy-outs, carve-outs roll-ups, and ESOP and distressed buy-outs. He works with clients in all phases of their business, including initial and follow-on investments, joint ventures and commercial relationships and work out in distressed situations. He has represented issuers (both public and private), agents and investors in a variety of equity financing transactions, including private placements, and venture capital and other privately negotiated transactions. His representation of borrowers and lenders has involved senior and mezzanine debt, secured and unsecured facilities, foreign currencies, and syndicated and direct facilities. His experience has involved a wide variety of industries, from core manufacturing, to service industries, to healthcare to high-tech.
