Jason Kirk is a member of the firm's Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group. His practice focuses on forming and operating US and offshore private funds, including private credit, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds. He also represents institutional investors in connection with alternative investments. Jason advises investment managers on a broad range of matters, including the organization of investment advisers and general partners, securities regulation, and secondary, co-investment, and other transactions.
