Advised Confluence Technologies, Inc., a global leader in investment data management automation reporting technology, on its recommended cash acquisition of StatPro Group plc (LON: SOG), a global provider of cloud-based analytics and data management tools for the asset management industry.
Advised Dianomi PLC (LON: DNM) on its listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and a £36 million placing of both existing and new shares. Dianomi is a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium clients in the financial services and business sectors and operates from offices in London, New York, and Sydney.
Acted for institutional sellers on the sale of an iconic central London real estate asset.
Acted for a fund seller on the sale of its interest in a unit trust which owns prime London real estate.
Advised a Patrizia AG fund on the purchase of c.£95m Edgbaston Residencies, Birmingham, for the development of circa 375 residential units and 20,000sq ft. retail, through a share purchase of the holding company.
Advised a Patrizia AG fund on the c.£110m purchase from Berkeley Homes of a multi-phased development at Huntley Wharf, Reading.
Acted for one of the largest investment managers in the United States on their acquisition of 60% of the issued share capital of an investment management company from a corporate trustee.
Acted for one of the largest investment managers in the United States on their acquisition of the entire issued share capital of HGPE Capital Limited.
Acted for Wheatsheaf Group Limited on their investment in Buymie Technologies Limited, a leading same-day grocery delivery company.
Acted for Inspirit Capital on their investment in Procam Group, Europe’s largest digital cinematography and hire facility.
Advised Falfurrias Capital Partners on its investment in international media agency, Brainlabs.
Advised Axonics Modulation Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: AXNX), a medical technology company, on its acquisition of Contura Ltd, a privately held, UK-based medical product business.
Advised Prenetics on its acquisition of Oxsed RaVID's Rapid Coronavirus Diagnostics Technology.
Advised Oazo Apps Limited (t/a Summer.fi), a DeFi platform, on its spin-out from Maker Foundation and financing by UDHC, and its subsequent Series A financing led by Libertus Capital.
Advised AutomatePro Ltd, a UK-based DevOps software provider, on its Series A funding from UK investor YFM Equity Partners.
