Emma Cooper is a senior associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group of the London office. Emma has experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, including private and public M&A, initial public offerings, secondary fundraisings, venture capital investments, joint ventures, group restructurings and private equity, as well as advising on corporate governance. She has worked with clients across a range of sectors including financial services, corporate real estate, technology, energy and pharma.
She completed her training contract at the firm, during which time she gained experience in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Construction and Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Asset and Corporate Finance practice groups.
