Represent one of nation's largest banks in business-to-business dispute regarding debt collection vendor services.
Secure favorable outcome for large national bank in trial regarding claims asserting deceptive loan servicing practices.
Act as national class action coordinating counsel for national bank facing multiple suits asserting irregularities in loan servicing practices.
Advise public housing finance authority on compliance with state financial regulatory matters.
