Assisting Moonlake Investments (the investment vehicle of Mr Lu Xianfeng) in the largest dairy acquisition ever in Australia at AUD 280 million, comprising 17,890 cows over 7,062 hectares of land and 25 separate diaries in Tasmania. The transaction involved amongst other things tax advice, negotiation, securing foreign investment approvals, identifying and transferring water entitlements and otherwise all aspects of acquisition and settlement.
Assisting Lendlease on its fund through acquisition of an industrial complex for the secure storage and destruction of documents in Perth, WA including performing legal due diligence advice and reporting.
Advising clients, including a distributor, in relation to compliance with Western Australia's liquor licensing laws and regulations.
Assisting a major Australian office landlord on its office and retail shop leasing arrangements for 3 office buildings in Perth's CBD.
Assisting DRA Global Limited on its acquisition of G&S Engineering from Calibre Group, including property due diligence.
Advising DRA Group Holdings Proprietary Limited (South Africa) on its AUD31 million acquisition of Minnovo Pty Ltd, including legal and property due diligence.
Acting for NAB on its mortgagee in possession dispositions, including contract drafting and negotiations, vendor due diligence and contract of sale management, encumbrance clearance and settlements
