Acted for a global investment manager's debt fund on its AU$130 million financing to an Australian company to support a telecommunication tower company’s expansion of its telecommunication tower portfolio in Australia and the refinancing of the group’s existing debt.
Acted for an equity investor in relation to its participation in the bidding process for a landmark NSW transmission PPP.
Advised the preferred bidder on the financing aspects of its engagement to finance, design, construct and maintain a major regeneration of Circular Quay in Sydney.
Acted for an offshore export credit agency in relation to its proposed AU$1.3 billion debt funding to support a consortium's bid on a major transport transaction.
Acted for an Australian housing financial institution as lender in support of a consortium's bid to participate in a social housing project in Melbourne.
Acted for a syndicate of major Australian banks in relation to the debt financing solution provided in support of a consortium's bid on a pathfinder transaction.
Advised a consortium in respect of its successful bid for a project.
Advised a Malaysian sponsor on the project financing of the operational 120 MWp Bomen Solar Farm located in New South Wales.
Advised a bank group on its refinancing of a 228 MW wind farm in Victoria.
Acted for the lenders on post-financial close issues in relation to a 240 MW wind farm in Victoria.
Advised the sponsor, an Australian renewable investor, on the development and project financing of a 255 MW solar farm near Balranald in southern New South Wales – winner of the 2019 Project Finance International (PFI) Award's Asia Pacific Solar Deal of the Year.
Acted for an Australian management consultancy as the borrower in relation to the project financing of a submarine cable system between Fiji and Vanuatu.
Acted for a major developer as a shortlisted bidder on its proposal to develop 3,000 social, affordable, and private dwellings on an inner-city site in Sydney.
Advised a public research university on the structuring and procurement of its innovative National First Nations College project to develop an indigenous residential college on its Ultimo campus in Sydney.
Advised a major developer on the redevelopment of an Australian university's Penrith campus to include approximately 2,000 dwellings, 18,00 square metres of commercial and retail floor space, and over 26 hectares of open space and public realm contributions.
Acted for a consortium on its bid to act as master developer of a university's AU$5 billion masterplan development in Bundoora, Melbourne.
Acted for an Australian university in relation to the development of a circa 11 hectare Health and Wellbeing Precinct on the university’s Innovation Campus in Wollongong, involving the provision of retirement living, aged care, childcare, and commercial facilities over a 99-year lease period.
Advised a consortium on its bid to refurbish an Australian university's portfolio of student accommodation, provide long-term facilities management, and to 'purchase' student rents and over revenues over a 30-year concession period.
Advised an Australian university in relation to the landmark financing and development of new student accommodation facilities on the city campus, and the provision of long-term facilities management to the university's portfolio of student accommodation in Wollongong.
Advised an Australian university in relation to its landmark student accommodation project and outsourcing of hard facility services.
