Acted for dealerships in a joint action against a leading global supplier of premium and luxury automotives in the Federal Court of Western Australia for unconscionable conduct and breach of the Franchising Code contained in the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes – Franchising) Regulation 2014 (Cth) arising from the introduction of an agency model into the dealerships Australia wide.
Acted for a global franchisor in a franchise dispute involving insolvency issues and claims.
Acted for a litigation funder in proceedings against the Commissioner of Taxation in relation to an assigned claim for unfair preferences brought in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and involving complex expert evidence.
Acted for directors and minority shareholders in responding to indemnity claims in relation to a bond facility of a secured lender arising from the liquidation of a company involved in electrical contracting and maintenance works.
Acted for the appointed administrator in a voluntary administration of an Australian food wholesaling company.
Acted for the joint and several liquidators of a superannuation fund in an application to appoint the liquidators as receivers of the assets of the fund.

Conducted proceedings for recovery and enforcement of securities for liquidators and private lenders, including winding up applications and bankruptcy proceedings.
Acted for an ASX-listed metal company as the target in a scheme of arrangement for its acquisition by a metal mining company.
Acted for a provider of airline services as to liability in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and successfully defending a claim for damages for loss caused by COVID-19 delays against the airline commenced in the Magistrates Court of Western Australia.
Provided pre-emptive estate litigation advice to a high net worth individual.
Acted for a large residential aged care association incorporated under statute as to a dispute with its software services provider in the County Court of Victoria.
