Erin Palmer Polly is a partner and a trusted advisor who provides clients with balanced and practical advice, strategically guiding them through complex matters. She develops a deep understanding of a client’s priorities and, drawing from a vast array of experience and expertise, mitigates business and litigation risk by providing advice specifically tailored to each client’s needs.
A respected trial lawyer, Erin is a member of the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice group and focuses her practice in the areas of business and commercial disputes, civil rights litigation, class action matters, intellectual property litigation, professional liability defense and, provider/payor disputes. She has tried cases in federal and state courts as well as before arbitration panels and has developed significant experience conducting internal investigations.
Erin is known throughout the Nashville community and beyond for her fierce advocacy and civic engagement. She is ranked by Chambers USA in the General Commercial category and was named a 2023 “Woman of Influence” by the Nashville Business Journal.
