Disclosure Modernization Initiative Webinar Series: Overview

On 26 October 2022, the Securities and Exchange Commission adopted final rule and form amendments significantly changing: (1) shareholder report content and delivery requirements for open-end mutual funds and exchange-traded funds registered on Form N-1A; and (2) to a lesser degree, advertisement rules for all registered investment companies, including closed-end funds and business development companies (the Final Rules). The Final Rules will transform reports delivered to shareholders into condensed documents that contain only certain, prescribed information.
