Connor Meggs is an associate at the firm and a member of the IP Litigation practice. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. His experience includes representing public and private companies in disputes involving claims for trade secret misappropriation, patent infringement, breach of contract, real estate litigation, trademark infringement, and class action litigation.
Connor is experienced in many phases of litigation in both federal and state court, including drafting and responding to complaints, complex fact and expert discovery, law and motion practice, taking and defending both fact and expert witness depositions, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, and pretrial motions such as motions in limine. He is also experienced in seeking preliminary and emergency injunctive relief, including obtaining the appointment of receivers in high stakes real estate and partnership disputes.
Connor has represented national and international companies in trade secret misappropriation and patent infringement cases, including in both utility and design patent litigation across the United States. His experience includes intellectual property and complex commercial disputes in a wide range of industries including telecommunications, banking, financial services, consumer products, and entertainment.
Connor also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients who are victims of fraud.
