Christopher Fernandez is a partner in the firm's Finance practice. He has more than 20 years of experience advising and representing lenders, servicers, and special servicers in a variety of transactions, including workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, and bankruptcies. Chris is experienced in all aspects of loan servicing, general commercial litigation, discovery, e-discovery and bankruptcy litigation. He has successfully argued and tried cases and/or summary judgment motions in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. He has represented lenders and CMBS and CLO loan servicers and special servicers in connection with portfolio and loan-level transactions, cash management structuring, identification and mitigation of bankruptcy risks, defaults, and litigation.
