Andy Skouvakis is a partner in the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. He is a commercial transactions and finance lawyer with experience in a wide range of deal categories, including domestic and cross-border structured financings, securitizations, receivables financings, joint ventures, venture capital, private equity and hedge fund transactions. Andy's primary focus is the representation of financial institutions and other service providers in roles such as indenture trustee, owner trustee, Delaware trustee, liquidating trustee, collateral agent, custodian, securities intermediary, verification agent, servicer, back-up servicer, paying agent, depositary, escrow agent and other capacities. He also regularly provides advice and third party legal opinions on issues relating to the Uniform Commercial Code, federal banking law, Delaware entities and other matters of Delaware law.
