Prior to joining the firm, Drew served as an associate at an Austin-based law firm, which provides comprehensive legal support in business, corporate, real estate, and litigation matters. While there, Drew advised a closely held private equity fund in the private placement of over $500 million in securities. He also represented the local office of an international commercial real estate brokerage in an equity sale to its parent. Drew graduated from The University of Texas School of Law and received his B.S. as an early graduate from Newman University. During law school, Drew was a staff editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and was a member of the Supreme Cork Wine Society. Before studying law, Drew worked at a boutique public accounting firm specializing in closely held businesses and high net-worth clients.
