Aaron Rothman is a partner in the firm's Finance practice. He focuses on commercial lending, corporate finance, private equity and mezzanine financing. He has significant experience representing creditors, equity security holders, debtors and third party lenders in distressed loans and trading opportunities, debtor-in-possession financings, in-court and out-of-court restructurings, loan modifications and work outs. His clients include public and privately held corporations, private equity and mezzanine investment funds and leading national banks. In addition, Aaron has represented clients in a variety of complex business transactions, including the purchase and sale of private companies, recapitalizations and equity investments. He has experience in a number of industries, including, among others, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, defense and oil and gas.
