Marc Veilleux is a partner in the firm's Finance practice. He has more than 30 years of experience representing global commercial and multilateral lenders, corporations and investment funds in the areas of asset-based lending, trade and commodity finance, fund finance, structured finance and securitization, and general corporate finance. He has extensive experience working with clients on financing transactions and workouts in the United States, Asia, Brazil, and throughout Latin America.
