Before joining the firm, Ludovica was a trainee at another law firm in Milan.
She has gained experience in disputes of labor law, commercial law, capital markets, trade union negotiations and restructuring. She graduated in Law at the University LUISS “Guido Carli” - Rome in 2016 with a thesis having as object a comparative analysis regarding multiple voting stock in United States of America and in the main European countries.
