Before joining K&L Gates, Kulsum worked as a paralegal at an international law firm in Dubai, working predominately in the disputes team, assisting on contentious and non-contentious matters, including various disputes in the construction and energy sectors.
She previously worked as a paralegal in the disputes team of several international law firms in London, working on a wide range of matters including international arbitrations, commercial litigations and white-collar crime investigations.
