Eva Teh is a member of the firm's complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice group. She does civil and commercial litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration.
Her experience in litigation matters spans contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency and debt recovery matters, among others. She has also done criminal defence work (both blue collar and white collar crimes). The arbitration matters she has acted in and/or advised on have included those under the SIAC rules, ICC rules, LCIA rules, and the Singapore Institute of Architects arbitration rules. These litigation and arbitration matters have related to a wide range of sectors, including construction, commodities, shipping, and technology. She also has experience acting in claims under the Security of Payments Act.
She advises one of the two casinos in Singapore on its contentious matters, which involve proceedings before the Singapore Courts and enforcement actions in a number of jurisdictions including Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Australia.
