Opportunity and Inclusion Committee
Our firmwide Opportunity and Inclusion and Women in the Profession Committees are currently led by two women equity partners (including one Management Committee member) and our Director of Opportunity and Inclusion, each of whom are deeply committed to continuing to build a culture and legacy of success and growth for everyone at the firm.
These global committees oversee robust budgets and our taskforces, which include groups that explore ways to best support and utilize the unique and various perspectives of the professionals within our community that contribute to the overall success of the firm and our clients.
