Zain Zubair is an associate and a member of the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Zain offers clients representation in litigation and preventative counsel. His litigation experience includes both single- and multi-plaintiff cases, as well as class action suits, Equal Employment Opportunity matters, wrongful termination and leave and accommodation claims, and allegations of wage and hour violations, including those that arise under California’s Private Attorneys General Act and the California Labor Code. He also handles responses to federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and California Civil Rights Department charges. Zain works with clients in a variety of industries, including health care, technology and communications, transportation, finance, manufacturing, retail and hospitality.
