Zachary Tan is an associate and a member of the Energy, Infrastructure and Resources practice group. His practice revolves around advising on oil and gas, renewable, energy, and projects-related contracts. Zachary assists with providing advice to private enterprises on a number of energy related projects around the world and is part of a team that negotiates commodity, asset and corporate sale contracts, infrastructure development, and financing agreements.
