Yanet Cordero is an associate and a member of the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Yanet was a corporate senior associate at an international law firm. Through this role, she advised clients on both sides of venture financing transactions and as buyer and seller counsel in merger and acquisition transactions. In addition, she negotiated term sheets and deal documents; conducted diligence; managed local counsel in foreign jurisdictions; ensured efficient deal flow; and closed transactions.
