Veronica Fulton is an associate and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice area. Veronica’s practice focuses on advising sponsors of private funds with respect to a wide variety of legal and regulatory issues, including fund formation, structure and organization, registration and operation, and ongoing compliance concerns. Her experience covers a range of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, and real estate funds.
Veronica previously worked as a corporate associate working on investment fund and private equity matters at several law firms.
Prior to joining the firm, Veronica worked as the chief of staff and legal at a biotechnology company based in San Francisco. Through this role, Veronica was responsible for legal, executive, operational, people, and administrative functions.
