Trent Haines is an associate and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation and Commercial Disputes practice groups. He has experience representing companies in disputes involving claims for trade secret misappropriation, patent infringement, false advertising, breach of contract, Proposition 65, and class action litigation, as well as representing companies in arbitration.

Prior to becoming an associate at the firm, Trent served as a summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office and as a judicial extern for the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Through these roles, Trent conducted extensive legal research, drafted memorandum, and conducted a wide range of discovery tasks.
