Trent Haines is an associate and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice. Prior to becoming an associate at the firm, he served as a summer associate. During this time, he drafted memorandum on the enforceability of a class action waiver in employment agreements, as well as interrogatories and requests for production for the discovery process. He also conducted legal research and drafted a memorandum on criminal stalking as a defense to a brandishing weapon offense. Prior to joining the firm Trent served as a judicial extern for a California US District Court judge. Through this role, he drafted tentative orders, including a motion to remand, motion to withdraw as attorney, and motion for attorneys’ fees.
