Torsten Limberg is a partner at the firm and a member of the Finance practice. Prior to joining the firm, Torsten served as a counsel at a Frankfurt law firm where he focused his practice on finance and banking. Torsten has experience in banking and capital markets, and in national and international asset finance with a focus on project and real estate financing (including loans to be refinanced by German covered bonds, senior and mezzanine loans, and real estate development and investment fund finance), as well as complex factoring transactions, primarily with cross-border elements. His clients include banks, insurance companies, financial services providers, as well as investors on the lender and borrower side.
