Tom completed a seasonal clerkship and graduate program at K&L Gates, where he worked on matters for clients in a variety of industries and sectors. Subsequently, Tom worked as a Competition and Consumer Lawyer, where he worked with clients in industries including retail, technology, and property and construction. He advised on compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and competition laws, and assisted with responding to regulatory investigations and reviewing businesses' consumer law compliance programs.
