Taylor Beardall is an associate in the firm’s Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Taylor was an intellectual property and technology transactions associate at an international law firm. Through this role, Taylor served as the primary junior associate on more than 20 deals, including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions for both public and private clients.

During law school, Taylor served as a legal intern in the San Francisco Public Defender’s office. Prior to her career in law, Taylor taught first grade in Memphis, Tennessee as a Teach for America corps member.
