Prior to joining the firm, Su Yun served as an associate at an international firm in Hong Kong and a senior associate at a top-tier Singapore firm where she assisted companies with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, management incentive plans, restructuring and employment matters across a broad range of client sectors including financial institutions, healthcare, insurance, technology, ship management, energy, and food and beverage companies.
Su Yun was awarded an overseas scholarship by JTC Corporation to read law at the University of Oxford and commenced her legal career as a legal counsel with JTC Corporation.
