Prior to joining the firm, Su Yun worked as an associate at an international firm in Hong Kong and a senior associate at a top-tier Singapore firm where she assisted companies with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, management incentive plans, restructuring and employment matters across a broad range of client sectors including financial institutions, healthcare, insurance, technology, ship management, energy, and food and beverage companies.
