Stella Ferraro is a special projects lawyer in the firm’s IP Procurement and Portfolio Management practice. With over nine years of experience, Stella has counseled clients in all areas of trademark, including clearance search and opinion, trademark prosecution, policing and enforcement, and preparation of several types of agreements, including trademark licensing agreements and trademark assignments. She has managed domestic and international trademark portfolios, represented clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy proceedings. Stella has also counseled clients in the area of copyright, including copyright prosecution and enforcement.
