Stacey Roberts is an associate in the firm’s Boston office.
Stacey concentrates her practice on commercial and financing transactions. Her primary focus involves advising financial institutions and service providers in their many roles, including as owner trustee, indenture trustee, collateral agent, custodian, servicer, backup servicer, escrow agent, securities intermediary, and paying agent. Stacey regularly advises clients in a wide range of deal categories, such as structured financings, securitizations, and life settlement transactions.
Stacey’s practice often involves authoring third party legal opinions on issues relating to the Uniform Commercial Code, Delaware entities, and other matters of Delaware law.
