Sofia Stefani is an associate and a member of the Finance team. Sofia mainly advises financial institutions, debt and real estate funds, and Italian and foreign companies in relation to domestic and cross-border financing transactions. In particular, Sofia focuses on leverage finance, acquisition and corporate finance, real estate and asset finance transactions.
