Prior to joining the firm, Sidar has worked at various corporate law firms and at the in-house legal division of a multinational telecommunications company in Qatar. He has also assisted in drafting a joint venture shareholders’ agreement and other agreements relating to M&A transactions. Sidar was involved in advising B2B agreements related to cyber-security, data protection, Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity, as well as matters regarding regulatory compliance. He also has experience in drafting and reviewing different types of agreements such as memorandums of understanding and licensing agreements.
