Savannah Darnall is an associate at the firm's Nashville office and is a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Savannah is a trial lawyer who handles complex commercial disputes, arbitrations, and internal investigations. Savannah has experience representing local and global companies in a variety of subject matters, including breach of contract, shareholder derivative and fiduciary duty litigation, business fraud, and business/joint venture divorce.
Savannah also has experience assisting the firm’s environmental litigation practice and has represented companies in cases involving environmental issues.
Savannah is actively involved in pro bono engagements, including serving on the team supporting the Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project, a global K&L Gates pro bono legal project providing legal services to victims of nonconsensual pornography (i.e. “revenge porn”) when their sexually explicit images are displayed online without consent.
