Sarah Park

Sarah Park is admitted to practice in New York. Her admission to the Bar of Texas is pending.

Sarah Park is a partner in the firm’s Energy, Infrastructure, and Resources practice. She advises sponsors, developers, export credit agencies, commercial lenders, corporates, private equity firms, and contractors on a wide range of renewables, power, infrastructure, oil and gas, and LNG projects in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. She has represented major Korean corporations and financial institutions on their cross-border transactions and was previously on secondment at the official export credit agency of South Korea, and a global financial solutions company in Singapore. Sarah focuses on advising Korean sponsors, funds, developers, and lenders in their development and financing of US renewables projects, including solar, wind, carbon capture, hydrogen, and ESS, from early-stage structuring to operating stages. She also advises sponsors and lenders in offshore wind development and financings in Asia. 

Sarah is recognized by Chambers Asia-Pacific for Projects & Infrastructure: International, has been recognized as a Next Generation Partner by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific in South Korea for Projects and Energy and shortlisted for “Woman Lawyer of the Year” by ALB Korea Law Awards. As an associate, she was also named a “Rising Star - High Yield” by IFLR Asia Awards.
