Prior to her work as an associate, Sara was a legal consultant at another international firm where she focused on mergers, antitrust, and state aid, advising multiple companies in these areas. Through this role, she aided a large shipping logistics company in the preliminary stages of a large-scale green fuels production project in Spain, assisted a company in merger control aspects of several acquisitions, and advised an entity in the process of designation under the Digital Services Act and subsequent appeal.
