Sara Rayon Gonzalez is an associate and a member of the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Sara was an associate at an international law firm where she focused her practice on all aspects of EU Merger Control, FDI, and FSR with an emphasis on private equity transactions.

Prior to her work as an associate, Sara was a legal consultant at another international firm where she focused on mergers, antitrust, and state aid, advising multiple companies in these areas. Through this role, she aided a large shipping logistics company in the preliminary stages of a large-scale green fuels production project in Spain, assisted a company in merger control aspects of several acquisitions, and advised an entity in the process of designation under the Digital Services Act and subsequent appeal.
