Samantha DeLee is an associate and a member of the Power practice group. Her practice focuses on the renewable power sector, including acquisitions, debt and tax equity financing, assisting project owners with power purchase agreements and other forms of offtake agreements, and other complex arrangements involving wind and solar projects, and extends to corporate transactions.
Samantha enjoys working with clients to understand both short-term and long-term goals and to help achieve those goals efficiently.
